Fed up with counting calories! How can you gain so much when you eat so little, yet lose that little when you exercise so much? Ugh.

I can't even cycle for two minutes yesterday afternoon 😭 Took a nap instead. Sleeping is the best! But sadly, you don't burn calories while sleeping..? Hmm. How does it work?! Gosh.

I hate what-ifs. And thinking about them makes it worse.
